The Learning Curve - May holiday closures

Please note the following dates when The Learning Curve will be closed for the two May holidays:

Now available on Athens - 19th Century British Library newspapers

With an Athens login, you can now access the collection of forty-eight 19th Century British national and regional newspapers, from the British Library. They are very useful for social history projects (as well as indulging in serendipity).

Choose InfoTrac from the Athens resources page, then select the historic papers option. Papers can be viewed as cropped text or as full pages. For further help in using this resource, please contact the Enquiry Desk on ext 6240.

Study skills surgeries, 26th and 27th March

If you would like to discuss a study skills problem with a member of The Learning Curve staff, come and see us at the following times:

Spring break opening hours in The Learning Curve

The Learning Curve will be open to students during the Spring break, with amended hours as follows:

Monday 7th April to 11th April closing at 4.45 pm
Saturday 12th April closed
Monday 14th April to 18th April closing at 4.45 pm
Saturday 19th April closed

Normal opening hours will resume on Monday, 21st April.

The Learning Curve Easter closure dates

The Learning Curve will be closed over the Easter holiday on the following dates:

Friday 21st March - Good Friday

Saturday 22nd March

Monday 24th March - Easter Monday

Normal opening hours will resume on Tuesday, 25th March. Happy Easter to all Learning Curve users!
