Athens application forms - reminder

Have you recently applied for an Athens account?

If so, you should receive an e-mail confirming your Athens ID and your password.

If you haven't received a confirmation e-mail:

• check your e-mail trash or junk folder - the e-mail may have been treated as spam or junk by your e-mail service (especially if it is Hotmail address)

• otherwise you can call by the library enquiry desk and ask for your details in person
  

September bank holiday weekend

As Central College Glasgow is closed on Friday 24th and Monday 27th September, the Learning Curve library will also be closed.

Normal opening hours resume on Tuesday 28th September.

Your matriculation card is also your library card...

Did you know that the student matriculation card you get at the start of term is also you library borrowing card?

For future reference:

• You will need to produce a valid Central College Glasgow 2010-11 card to borrow materials

• The matriculation number on your card (starts OC1011...) is the number you need to complete your Athens application form

• Please carry your matriculation card with you at all times and produce it, if requested to do so by a member of College staff
  

Extended evening opening from 6th September 2010

With the start of evening classes at Central College Glasgow, the Learning Curve will be open until 8pm, Monday to Thursday, from 6th September (PCs and printers are turned off at 7.45 pm).

Please note that Friday opening hours will remain 8.30 am until 4.45 pm (PCs and printers are turned off at 4.30 pm).
